How does asking a question work?
Write your question, choose a topic, and sign in. Approved experts in that topic can privately review it. Experts who can help explain their relevant experience and offer a price. Compare their offers, choose one, and pay only when you’re ready. The selected expert then provides one written response in your account.
What if an expert doesn’t know the answer?
Experts should only offer on questions that fit their actual experience. They can decline before you pay. Knowing one area of business doesn’t mean someone can answer every business question. Read each expert’s explanation of what they can address before selecting them.
What if nobody can help?
You are not charged. Your question remains in your account awaiting expert responses. You can check back, ask a clearer question, or withdraw it before choosing an expert. We don’t guarantee that every question will receive an offer or answer.
What if I pay and the expert then can’t answer?
Before delivering an answer, the expert can mark the question “I can’t answer” to request a full refund. Your account shows the refund status. Bank processing times vary. After an answer is delivered, the automatic “can’t answer” refund is no longer available; contact support about a problem with a delivered answer.
How are experts reviewed?
Experts submit their experience, specific areas of knowledge, qualifications, and links for an admin to review. Only approved profiles can appear in the directory or offer paid answers. Approval is a profile review, not a guarantee of every claim or answer. Changes to key profile details require another review.
Can I review an expert’s answer?
After your paid answer is delivered, you can leave one rating and written review linked to that question. Public feedback comes from verified paid questions. Do not include private details from your question in a public review.
When do I pay, and how much goes to the expert?
Submitting for review is free. You pay the quoted price only after an expert confirms they can help and you choose their offer. After payment is confirmed, 80% is transferred automatically to the expert’s connected Stripe account. Ask Any Human retains 20% and pays Stripe processing fees from its share. Bank deposits follow Stripe’s payout schedule and fund availability.
Who can see my question?
Your question is shared privately with approved experts in your selected topic so they can decide whether they can help. If you ask a particular expert from their profile, only that expert can review it. Questions are not published by default. Leave out passwords, payment details, account numbers, and sensitive personal information.
Is this professional or emergency advice?
